BSI’s service and refit program is based upon a worldwide network of highly respected and experienced rigging companies and service technicians.

Best global facilities for rigging service

Network members with cold heading facilities are referred to as Certified Service Centers where rigging companies that use BSI, or CSC’s, for heading services are referred to as Certified Service Technicians. Some of these partners we have been working with for many years and their continuous input has helped shaping our recommendations, product development and strengthened our joint experience. This collaboration is beneficial to everyone in the network as we keep expanding it by adding new service centers. The service centers follow BSI’s recommendations and guidelines and are fully backed by the factory as they only use BSI supplied, or approved, materials when doing the refits for new or previously supplied BSI projects. This ensure full visibility and history of all materials installed in the rigging package.

Full support from BSI relative to rigging specifications

Prior to becoming certified selected riggers from new service centers get the proper training alongside our own riggers at the BSI factory. If logistics prevent long distance travel to Denmark, or BSI USA in Rhode Island, for training BSI staff can also work alongside and train riggers at their facilities or jobsites.

Our certified service partners enjoy the full support from BSI relative to rigging specifications, service history as well as cross support each other where a long-standing client of one of them need help in another part of the world.
